Unable to Respond to Forum Post Via Email

Yesterday I replied to two forum posts using email. Today I received emails from gmail saying that my responses were undeliverable.

The forum posts were

The response received from gmail was

Delivery incomplete

There was a temporary problem delivering your message to forum-51089-5d78@apps.magicjudges.org . Gmail will retry for 46 more hours. You’ll be notified if the delivery fails permanently.

Just received a Delivery Incomplete on a message I sent to a project forum thread. The error message is:

The recipient server did not accept our requests to connect. Learn more at https://support.google.com/mail/answer/7720[apps.magicjudges.org 35.167.61.175: generic::failed_precondition: connect error (111): Connection refused]

I’m sending via Gmail web interface. Let me know if you need message headers.

deleted pidfile, rebooted lamson, tested, fixed
