I have disabled all notifications for both forums and general and I am still getting tons of emails. Can anyone help me turn them off

I have confirmed that all your notifications have been turned off. Is there any chance you changed your settings recently? If so, there is a backlog of emails that are still getting processed and may be sent to you. Once that backlog clears, you will stop receiving notifications.
