I just experienced a situation where I had a judge whose application I commented on withdraw and then later re-apply as their circumstances changed. My original application comment appears to be lost.
It might be useful if application comments were saved for events linked to the judge, such that this scenario preserves previous comments made for that applicant.
Could there be a workaround where people who withdraw change in status, but aren’t removed (the participants list can include non-withdrawn applicants only)?
If they decide to re-join later, all their history and actions are still there, and only their status changes.
