That exam is over five months old, and our default config is that valid L1 and L2 exams are good for 90 days unless a specific judge program chooses to make it longer. If this is a special case due to an error by the person administering the test or some other anomaly, I’d recommend just using the Administrative Level Change review to level them up. If you want all OJA L1 and L2 exams to be valid for a longer time, let us know how long that should be.

Ah that would explain it.
Could you please update OJA L1 & L2 exams to be valid for 365 days? OJA Committee has agree to this based on our regions needs
