Mention "should not look up stuff" with practice exams

I recently had a candidate who did some practice tests but looked up rules and policy while doing so which made it a worthless indicator. It would’ve helped if somewhere in the instructions it said that you can’t look up stuff (if you’re practicing seriously).

I’ve seen official guidance in the past that practice tests are explicitly open book…
