Hello.
I last took the L2P on August 28, and although my former Regional Coordinator had created a new test for me on September 22 I hadn’t yet taken it or created a new test for myself.
Today I went into my tests with the intention of taking the L2P again, but it shows that the test my RC had created for me was started and ended on November 22, 2019, 5:57 p.m. which is exactly 2 months from the date it was created. I don’t know if there is a time limit in which an RC test has to be taken and if perhaps the test expired, but I had not opened or taken that test.
I have passed out of the cooldown period for the last test I took, but since it says I took the test on November 22 it won’t let me create a new test until after a 60 day cooldown from that date. Is there a way to remove this test or reset the cooldown period?
