When hovering over “Rules” in the top menu, there appear links for the CR, IPG and MTR. I find myself referring to the JAR often enough (especially when mentoring candidates) that I would like a direct link to the JAR there as well ^^

I was about to leave this same comment. I was talking about the JAR, and this is the first place I looked. This is a large win for what would appear to be a small investment.
