I recently set up a blog on the blog network and wanted to make an announcement post in the Recurring Publications & Blog Posts forum, only to discover that I couldn’t create a new topic. Some research led me to the changes made to uncertified accounts back in 2019, which explain my problem.
Is it possible to apply for restricted posting rights? In my case, all I need would be a thread in the aforementioned forum, but there might be all kinds of technical or policy reasons against it.
