After submitting an advancement review for IJP L3 the recipient does not update their level.
I found the review you’re talking about, returned it, and re-submitted it without any issue. Prior to submitting, it will tell you whether the review will advance the candidate in level or whether there’s something missing. In this case, one of the exams wasn’t attached to the review, and IJP L3 requires two exams.
I’m not sure why it missed one of the exams, but I’ll investigate that.
