Duplicate question in the same test after exhausting the question pool

A judge from my region reported that he saw the same question twice in a single test.

I asked him if he had exhausted the question pool and he confirmed (but it’s unclear whether it was fully exhausted when he created the test, or if the test used up all remaining new questions and filled the rest with old ones, which might explain the duplicate).

The test ID is 44602

It’s not the same question - note that when you hover over the question “feedback” link, they link to two different questions. It looks like the original policy practice pool had both questions in it. I’ll pass this on to the content team.
