I made an account but it had a saved “hard” password from my phone which caused me to lose access to it after forgetting the password. I made a new one, which I am now using (this one) and have gotten the password back from the prior one.
Is there a way to delete the old account “skvppie”?
It is not possible to delete an old account. However, it is possible to recover a forgotten password via JudgeApps | Reset Password.
If you can confirm that you own the other account - perhaps by recovering the password and then using the “contact a judge” feature to contact me - we can de-activate that account, so that it will be fully hidden from view on the site. Otherwise, there’s ultimately no harm here, as neither account has any certifications or other activity associated with it yet.
