I can access this site from work, but the bug tracker is blocked 
- For ChecklistTypes with a deadline, display the deadline on the index page
- Add a way for an admin to “return” a Submitted Checklist back to Draft status
- Make sure that users can “Clone” Rejected checklists to a new Draft
- Make sure that admins can “Clone” current ChecklistTypes to a new Draft (with all the same Requirements)
