On the square corners: We just use what Scryfall gives us. Because we use it as a background image, it isn’t very easy to “cut off” the corners to make them consistent.
On the Splendid Reclamation, that looks like Shadows over Innistrad Remastered. There is a “games: arena” tag that we might be able to use to exclude that, but do we want to? It is legitimately the newest version of that card, and so if there are errata, that’s the version most likely to have it.
On the Art Series: I’ll clear those out of the database. New ones shouldn’t be getting imported, but I guess I never got around to deleting old entries.
