Can't create new forum post in Rules Q&A

I am looking to post a question in the Rules Q&A forum. However, I have no method of creating a new post.

I’m either assuming it’s one of the following:

  1. I do not have correct level of access to take this action. However, I can’t find any information saying any special rights are required

  2. There is an issue with my account? Not sure, but I’ve been a member for years with out issues.

Any ideas would be great.

Looks like this is an issue on all forums.

Users who are not judges cannot post to the forums. This is an update as of several months ago, when we removed the requirement to have accounts “activated” by a certified L2+ judge, as that process was causing very long backlogs.

I thought “retired” judges were still judges.
