I think it may be due to a payment processing error? When I logged in today and started poking around, I noticed that it shows me as uncertified, but I’ve been a dues paid L2 since JF started. I clicked the “get certified” link and fixed the subscription, but it still won’t let me do the checklist, and still shows me as uncertified.
Thanks. After looking a little deeper, it appears that the last time it charged me was July? I never canceled my sub, nor have I had any issues with the payment method, so I’m not sure why it would’ve stopped billing me then. I did order some stuff from the JF store in August, if that is linked to the subscription at all, perhaps there was a bug that cancelled the subscription? Either way, I didn’t notice until today when I tried to do my maintenance checklist. Last time I was logged in was Dec 31, and I was still showing as L2. I even created an L1 exam for one of my mentees that day.
