Cannot approve application for an event

I am unable to approve the application of a judge in event #12816. Attempting to do so throws the error:

Page unavailable

Sorry, but the requested page is unavailable due to a server hiccup.

This is probably due to a bug that we don’t know about. Please let us know so we can fix it.

Other applications can be (and have been) approved successfully.

I notice the applicant who can’t be approved doesn’t have a DCI#. Could that be relevant?

I got the same. I made event 12837, and I’ve been able to accept four applications, but the application from Jim McCormick gives me an error every time I try to accept.
