In each forum I can edit only the last post.
How can I change it?

This is the intended behavior. This was updated perhaps a month ago due to an incident in which a user vandalized the content of hundreds of posts going back years. Now you can only edit a post if no one has replied to it yet. (That is, if it is the last post in a thread.) If you have a requirement to edit older posts, Regional Coordinators have moderator powers in regional forums, Project Admins have moderator powers in project forums, and Event Admins have moderator powers in event forums.

I need to regularly update a post on projects in a regional forum. Since this change I did this by editing the first post I made, which now is not possible. Can our RC give me such access to edit this post whenever I need or only occasionally?
