I took the test entitled.
Without a doubt, I checked all the questions and submitted before the time limit.
However, all questions were not checked and I received a zero.
The above is my report.

Fukushima-san,
The Judge Program overseeing that exam has chosen to set a 30 minute time limit on that exam. Our logs show that you did not submit the exam until 34 minutes after it was created and opened:
2024-06-24 18:21:04,634 dcif.exams INFO ExamQuestionBuilder initialized for tatsukip, Update Quiz - MH3 (L1/L2/L3 maintenance), Exam ID# 123803.

Sometimes, the timer can be inaccurate on your computer if your time, date, and timestamp are set incorrectly. You may believe that you see the correct time on your computer, but if the wrong time zone is set, then your actual “universal” time will also be wrong.
We would advise you to contact your Regional Judge Program for further information on whether, and how, you can re-take the exam.
Thank you for your response and research.
I remember that the timer indicated that I was within the time limit.
I will contact the Regional Judge Program.
