This forum is for submitting, discussing, and refining proposals. We’ll use this discussion to ensure that we understand the change, and have an opportunity to consider any potential issues. Developers can add the “patch-welcome” tag when there are no outstanding concerns and someone can start writing a patch. Once you start working on a patch, create (and link to) the ticket in Phabricator.
